The villa is situated in a small estate comprising houses of various designs all set in good sized plots and with an even split of Spanish and English neighbours.

The coast is a 35 minute drive and the airport of Almería is a one hour drive, whilst Murcia airport is around 1 hour 20 mins and Alicante 2 hours.
